Madang

If you like Korean food, this is a  restaurant you should not miss!
Madang is one of the most famous Korean restaurant in Sydney. It has authentic taste of traditional Korean food and the new style Korean food (which makes not only the Koreans but also the foreigners like it). For example the pot on the right hand, it is a kind of spicy chicken, to make more tasty, they put the rice cake on the bottom of the pot to absorb the source of the spicy chicken and also they add some cheese on the top of the chicken to make  the spicy taste more easily to accept!

Kimchi jigae - which is kimchi soup - is also pretty good! One of the best way to test a Korean restaurant is see if the kimchi is tasty or not. The kimchi soup is a mix of spicy and sour and there is tofu, pork belly, onion, of course kimchi etc. As soon as you finish order they will provide the several appetizers for you which is free, this time we got honey potato, tofu, kimchi, broccoli.

Different from other Korean restaurants, the food per serve is a lot. Also, you can choose not too spicy if you can not accept it.

You better book before you go! otherwise it takes a lot of time to wait!
