It has been a great Saturday morning on the famous Bondi Beach, I have also discovered this very interesting organic-oriented market located at the primary school just across the beach. Locals such as families and young people were mingling in this perfect weather and checking out a good variety of stores, most of the products are home-made, organic grown.
Here are some photos I took on the day:

Corn Fritter plate
|
The Corn Fritter Shop has been operating so well, It first started off as a couple's business. The shop serves breakfast menu, such as grilled corn fritter, mushroom, sausages, pineapple, egg. Its popularity has grown so much that now the shop owners have to hire additional staffs for their store, people are always queuing up to try their breakfast. It has been quite inspirational that creative ideas are bring alive here in this market.

Farmers love it here because they are selling their own produce and taking pride of what they do.

The vegetable are organic, they look quite different to the ones from supermarket. They seem smaller, most of them, and of different shapes.
